Packages are delivered by GLS Parcel Service. The delivery usually takes 7-14 business days once the payment has been received, however, this period may be extended in rare cases.
We pack our products with great care! The products are protected by multiple wrapping layers in a 3 layers thick cardboard box. We have not received any complaints about damaged deliveries so far, and we are doing everything we can to make sure we will never have such feedback.

Shipping for Frame set fees: 65 EUR to EU countries, 150 EUR to non-EU countries.
Shipping for Complete bike fees: 150 EUR to EU countries, 300 EUR to non-EU countries.
